The Morning Light, The Falling Night
And it is by the morning light the lord has swore
The rising light which he wished to adorn,
And by the falling night he swears once more
The mysterious period from dusk till dawn
By the morning light is it your optional prayer?
Praying as the sun rises
Or the falling night when you are ware?
Praying as the night demises
what is Qur’an?
What is the Qur’an?
The Quran is a record of the exact words revealed by God through the Angel Gabriel to the Prophet Muhammad (Salla Allahu Alayhi Wasallam).
It was memorized by Muhammad and then dictated to his Companions, and written down by scribes, who crosschecked it during his lifetime. Not one word of its 114 chapters, Suras, has been changed over the centuries, so that the Quran is in every detail the unique and miraculous text that was revealed to Muhammad fourteen centuries ago.
Allah has told us in the Qur’an the stories of the earlier and later generations and the creation of the heavens and the earth. He has explained in detail what is HALAAL and what is HARAAM, the basics of good manners and morals, the rulings of worship and dealings with others, the lives of the Prophets and the righteous, and the reward and punishment of the believers and disbelievers. He has described Paradise, the abode of the believers, and He has described Hell, the abode of the disbelievers. He has made it (the Qur’an (Quran / Koran)) an explanation of all things:
What Is Islam mean?
What is Islam?
Islam is not a new religion, but the same truth that God revealed through all His prophets to every people. For a fifth of the world’s population, Islam is both a religion and a complete way of life. Muslims follow a religion of peace, mercy, and forgiveness, and the majority has nothing to do with the extremely grave events, which have come to be associated with their faith.
The Arabic word ‘Islam’ simply means ’submission’, and derives from a word meaning ‘peace’. In a religious context it means complete submission to the will of God. ‘Mohammedanism’ is thus a misnomer because it suggests that Muslims worship Muhammad (SAW) rather than God. ‘Allah’ is the Arabic name for God, which is used by Arab Muslims and Christians alike.
Women in Islam
How is Women in ISLAM?
One of the most prominent distinguishing features of the Muslim woman is her deep faith in Allah (SWT), and her sincere conviction that whatever happens in this universe, and whatever fate befalls human beings, only happens through the will and decree of Allah (SWT); whatever befalls a person could not have been avoided, and whatever does not happen to a person could not have been made to happen. A person has no choice in this life but to strive towards the right path and to do good deeds – acts of worship and other acts – by whatever means one can, putting all his trust in Allah (SWT), submitting to His will, and believing that he is always in need of Allah’s (SWT) help and support.
